Does anyone have any new ideas for dealing with insomnia?

I've already tried tea, herbs, milk (warm and cold), soothing music, sound machines, fountains, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, reading, writing, watching tv, excercising, warm baths, essential oils, incense, candles, melatonin, over the counter sleep aids, and of course sex. I've been alternating between tylenol pm, tylenol cold and sinus, and nyquil for over a year now, and I really wanna be able to sleep without them.
